Frequently Asked Questions...
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST!!!
We have been getting way too many of the same comments and messages lately and just don't have the time to answer them all each day and produce our products too. So with that said this is an informational post on all things that pertain to our business.
*Please READ each post before you ask questions in the comments or send messages. We are very open and lay out all the details in every post we make. If its not in that post I bet you will find it in a previous one or in this informational post.
* YES, WE DO SHIP! However with Michael's body giving him trouble during the packaging process, we are currently on an every other week schedule with selling online to ship and a local sale. So that means one week on and one week off.
* We ship all over the US only currently and your shipping costs are based on your zip code from where we are located. If you are on the east coast your shipping will range from $12-18 depending and if your mid west $15-20 and if your west coast $18-25 depending on your shipping option choice at checkout.
We currently use USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, and Fed Ex Ground.
* You can find our business location very easily by looking at the intro on our Facebook page. We will not post our address or location in any posts.
* We are very fortunate to have our own website now! You can find all our products there with the prices and since they stay sold out, you are able to request a restock notification on any item you are interested in. We do not list on specific days but try to mix our listings up and mix up the type of notifications based on how many items we are listing at a time. If we are listing a small amount you will get a last minute notification or possibly none at all. If we are listing a large amount you will most likely get an advance notice notification with a time it will be listed. Our products do always stay sold out and when we list them be quick because they will sell out fast.
* We are also lucky to have an app that is connected to our website and you can purchase from there or the website, but with the app that is where you will receive all of our notifications. Some days we will post on Facebook, but the majority its only thru our app notifications now. With the app, please make sure when you download it that you accept all push notifications. Make sure they are turned on thru your phone settings and the app settings...if not you will not receive the notifications. If your app starts glitching or you notice you didn't get a notification but you know we sent one...delete your app and re-download. Apps do glitch and that will help.

*If you are purchasing online and your order needs shipped please PLACE EACH ORDER SEPARATELY. I have to print a label per product and it does not charge you properly for multiple items. I will have to invoice you for additional shipping costs and your orders will not ship until those invoices are paid. I give one grace order but if it repeats I will refund your order the next time . This causes me unnecessary time invoicing and keeping track of everything.
If you are local and you will be picking up your order you may order multiples in one order.
*We do not sell on Etsy anymore. We only sell on our website/App and local. If we do a local sale it is CASH ONLY and the price will be listed in the posts. No we do not accept Venmo or cash app to hold anything during local sales. Every local sale is CASH ONLY and First Come First Serve.
*All our 3D products are hand drawn by Kristy and made in batches. We hand cut with a jigsaw and hand sand each piece, hand prime and paint with all high end exterior primer and paints. These are the quality of your house being painted. They are all protected to be outside in the weather. If you are going to fully put it in the weather then we do suggest you spray a clear coat spray paint on the back to keep it from molding because its not protected on the back.
*We do not take custom orders. We make all our products in batches. We go in order of seasons and usually 2-3 months ahead of the season coming up. This gives you an idea of timelines for any seasonal items you may be watching for.
*We do not sell our designs, they are all hand drawn by Kristy on a sheet of plywood not thru a design program. Each of our items are 3D and we do not offer tutorials on how to paint our designs or copy them. We do not approve any one to copy or try to reproduce our products.
*We use a high end furniture grade plywood that is 3/8" thick. The weight of our door hangers are not too heavy to hang anywhere although we do suggest an over the door wreath hanger to securely hang them on your door. Command hangers and not recommended.
*We are unable to do vendor events due to our busy schedules but we do love donating to local fundraisers. Please send us a message and we will see what we can do for you and your event!
